Tools from the domain of graph theory can be used to quantify the complexity and vulnerability to failure of a software package. That is the guiding philosophy of this package. 'pkgnet' provides tools to analyze the dependencies between functions in an R package and between its imported packages. See the pkgnet website for vignettes and other supplementary information.

Added .pre-commit-config.yaml to .Rbuildignore so it is excluded from the built tarball.

BUGFIXES

Fixed runtime error when FunctionReporter extract edges from a function containing expressions of externalptr type. FunctionReporter will generally now ignore unknown expression types and instead log a warning. (#344)

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
