Functions for reading, and in some cases writing, foreign files containing spectral data from spectrometers and their associated software, output from daylight simulation models in common use, and some spectral data repositories. As well as functions for exchange of spectral data with other R packages. Part of the 'r4photobiology' suite, Aphalo P. J. (2015) doi:10.19232/uv4pb.2015.1.14.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from aphalo/photobiologyinout. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
