Implements our Bayesian phase I repeated measurement design that accounts for multidimensional toxicity endpoints from multiple treatment cycles. The package also provides a novel design to account for both multidimensional toxicity endpoints and early-stage efficacy endpoints in the phase I design. For both designs, functions are provided to recommend the next dosage selection based on the data collected in the available patient cohorts and to simulate trial characteristics given design parameters. Install

install.packages("phase1RMD", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-phase1RMD

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
