Functions for computing fit indices for evaluating the path component of latent variable structural equation models. Available fit indices include RMSEA-P and NSCI-P originally presented and evaluated by Williams and O'Boyle (2011) doi:10.1177/1094428110391472 and demonstrated by O'Boyle and Williams (2011) doi:10.1037/a0020539 and Williams, O'Boyle, & Yu (2020) doi:10.1177/1094428117736137. Also included are fit indices described by Hancock and Mueller (2011) doi:10.1177/0013164410384856.

Install

install.packages("pathmodelfit", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

# enable the iucar/cran COPR if it is not already present, then install
ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-pathmodelfit

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
