Extract political party colors and logos from English Wikipedia party pages. Provides functions to scrape party infoboxes for color codes (HEX or HTML color names) and logo images. Includes integration with the Party Facts database for easy party lookups. Designed for political scientists and party researchers working with electoral and party data. Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from lwarode/partycoloR. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
