Outlier detection method that flags suspicious values within observations, constrasting them against the normal values in a user-readable format, potentially describing conditions within the data that make a given outlier more rare. Full procedure is described in Cortes (2020) doi:10.48550/arXiv.2001.00636. Loosely based on the 'GritBot' https://www.rulequest.com/gritbot-info.html software.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
