Setup and connect to 'OpenTripPlanner' (OTP) http://www.opentripplanner.org/. OTP is an open source platform for multi-modal and multi-agency journey planning written in 'Java'. The package allows you to manage a local version or connect to remote OTP server to find walking, cycling, driving, or transit routes. This package has been peer-reviewed by rOpenSci (v. 0.2.0.0).

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from ropensci/opentripplanner. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
