Provides null model algorithms for categorical and quantitative community ecology data. Extends classic binary null models (e.g., 'curveball', 'swap') to work with categorical data. Provides a stratified randomization framework for continuous data.

Changes in 0.2.0

New feature: weighted pair sampling via wt_row and wt_col parameters. Enables spatially, phylogenetically, or trait-constrained null models by weighting which pairs of rows or columns exchange tokens during randomization. Supported for all sequential algorithms (curvecat, swapcat, tswapcat) and flows through to quantize(), batch functions, trace diagnostics, and vegan integration.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
