Perform a stratified weighted log-rank test in a randomized controlled trial. Tests can be visualized as a difference in average score on the two treatment arms. These methods are described in Magirr and Burman (2018) doi:10.48550/arXiv.1807.11097, Magirr (2020) doi:10.48550/arXiv.2007.04767, and Magirr and Jimenez (2022) doi:10.48550/arXiv.2201.10445.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
