Provides nonparametric procedures for the analysis of longitudinal data in factorial experiments. The package implements hypothesis tests on marginal distribution functions and unweighted relative marginal effects. It supports arbitrary crossed factorial designs with longitudinal or repeated-measures factors, missing observations, dependent replicates, rank- and pseudo-rank-based inference, Wald-type and ANOVA-type statistics, multiple contrast tests, and simultaneous confidence intervals.

Changes in 2.3.3

Revised print() and summary() methods for fitted nparLD objects. print() now provides a concise model overview and the ANOVA-type statistic, whereas summary() provides detailed effect estimates and inferential results.
Multiple contrast, factor-specific, permutation, and other detailed results remain available through summary() and dedicated accessor functions.
Updated documentation and examples accordingly.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
