Provides a small set of tools for collecting data from National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) data sources. The functions provided in the package are wrappers around NOAA's existing APIs which is found at https://api.tidesandcurrents.noaa.gov/api/prod/.

This package is no longer on CRAN, so install.packages() cannot fetch it by name. This downloads the last archived source (0.3.0) and builds it locally. Install its dependencies first, and note that building from source needs the usual compiler toolchain.
