A set of convenience functions as well as geographical/political data about Nigeria, aimed at simplifying work with data and information that are specific to the country.

Changes in 0.7.0

New Features:

Introduced ngdist, a dist object containing road distances (in km) between all 37 Nigerian State capitals, sourced from UNDP.
Added ng_distance() for convenient lookup of the driving distance between any two State capitals, with support for kilometres and miles.

Bug fixes:

Fixed non-interactive vignette builds due to a failure to explicitly import key functions.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
