Computes regression deletion diagnostics for multivariate linear models and provides some associated diagnostic plots. The diagnostic measures include hat-values (leverages), generalized Cook's distance, and generalized squared 'studentized' residuals. Several types of plots to detect influential observations are provided.

o Fix bug in mlm.influence() where models with transformed response

variables (e.g., lm(cbind(log(y1), log(y2)) ~ ...)) caused an error

in the internal vec() helper because the coefficient matrix lacked

column names

o Add "Comparing Coefficients" section to vignette("uni-vs-multi"),

illustrating car::confidenceEllipse() vs. heplots::coefplot() for

visualizing coefficients of an mlm

o Fix Jfuns.Rd picking up bogus \keyword{} entries ("J", "function",

"trace") from an adjacent roxygen block's title text, due to a

standalone documentation block with no attached R object; now

anchored with NULL as roxygen2 recommends

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
