Tools to create a layout for figures made of multiple panels, and to fill the panels with base, 'lattice', 'ggplot2' and 'ComplexHeatmap' plots, grobs, as well as content from all image formats supported by 'ImageMagick' (accessed through 'magick').

install.packages("multipanelfigure", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-multipanelfigure

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
