Model fitting and simulation for Gaussian and logistic inner product MultiNeSS models for multiplex networks. The package implements a convex fitting algorithm with fully adaptive parameter tuning, including options for edge cross-validation. For more details see MacDonald et al. (2020).

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
