Tools for spectral clustering of weighted directed networks using motif adjacency matrices. Methods perform well on large and sparse networks, and random sampling methods for generating weighted directed networks are also provided. Based on methodology detailed in Underwood, Elliott and Cucuringu (2020) arXiv:2004.01293.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from wgunderwood/motifcluster. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
