A generalization of principal component analysis for integrative analysis. The method finds principal components that describe single matrices or that are common to several matrices. The solutions are sparse. Rank of solutions is automatically selected using cross validation. The method is described in Kallus et al. (2019) doi:10.48550/arXiv.1911.04927.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-mmpca

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
