The main functions perform mixed models analysis by least squares or REML by adding the function r() to formulas of lm() and glm(). A collection of text-book statistics for higher education is also included, e.g. modifications of the functions lm(), glm() and associated summaries from the package 'stats'.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from khliland/mixlm. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-mixlm

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
