The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority is a government agency operating light rail and passenger buses in the Washington D.C. area. With a free developer account, access their 'Metro Transparent Data Sets API' https://developer.wmata.com/ to return data frames of transit data for easy analysis.

Switch from MIT license to GPL-3
Update maintainer email, website URL, and GitHub URL.
Due to an error in the rail timing endpoint, the rail_times() function can only return example data for the time being. (#15)
Due to an error in the train position endpoint, the train_position() function can only return example data for the time being. (#16)
Add StopId column to bus_departs() and use current date in the example.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
