Functions to analyze coherence, boundary clumping, and turnover following the pattern-based metacommunity analysis of Leibold and Mikkelson 2002 doi:10.1034/j.1600-0706.2002.970210.x. The package also includes functions to visualize ecological networks, and to calculate modularity as a replacement to boundary clumping.

Changes in 1.5.3

Allow the user to decide whether to ordinate the null matrices independent on the ordination of the empirical interaction matrix. Gives a bit more flexibility.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
