A suite of tools to allow you to download all publicly available parasite rate survey points, mosquito occurrence points and raster surfaces from the 'Malaria Atlas Project' https://malariaatlas.org/ servers as well as utility functions for plotting the downloaded data.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from malaria-atlas-project/malariaAtlas. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
