Changes in 1.4.0

New features

New update_metric(name, value, increment = FALSE) function records or overwrites a named metric for the pipeline currently being executed. Call it from within a pipeline function's body - maestro automatically attributes the metric to the currently-running pipeline and run. Repeated calls with the same name in the same run overwrite the previous value by default; value must be a non-missing numeric scalar. Set increment = TRUE to add value to the metric's current value instead of overwriting it (this also works when the metric hasn't been set yet in the current run); a negative value decrements it.
New get_metrics(schedule) (and schedule$get_metrics()) returns all recorded metrics as a long data.frame with columns pipe_name, run_id, metric, and value (numeric), across all runs of a schedule.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
