Contains LUE_BIOMASS(),LUE_BIOMASS_VPD(), LUE_YIELD() and LUE_YIELD_VPD() to estimate aboveground biomass and crop yield firstly by calculating the Absorbed Photosynthetically Active Radiation (APAR) and secondly the actual values of light use efficiency with and without vapour presure deficit Shi et al.(2007) doi:10.2134/agronj2006.0260.

Install

install.packages("lue", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-lue

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
