Set of the data science tools created by various members of the Long Term Ecological Research (LTER) community. These functions were initially written largely as standalone operations and have later been aggregated into this package.

New Features

standardize() runs check_key() internally before attempting to standardize data with that key.
check_key() now rejects "source" as a user-specified "tidy_name" in the data key. Necessary to reserve "source" for storing the file name in the standardized output.

Documentation & Testing

Adds unit tests for check_key().
Updates maintainer email.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
