Several service functions to be used to analyse datasets obtained from diallel experiments within the frame of linear models in R, as described in Onofri et al (2020) DOI:10.1007/s00122-020-03716-8.

2023-04-15: Solved a bug that caused some bugs resulting in different parameter estimates when the order of parentals was swapped in lm.diallel (thanks to Alexa Baker).
2025-11-25: Minor updates to ensure compatibility with latest version of the Sommer package

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
