Temporary and permanent message queues for R. Built on top of 'SQLite' databases. 'SQLite' provides locking, and makes it possible to detect crashed consumers. Crashed jobs can be automatically marked as "failed", or put in the queue again, potentially a limited number of times.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
