Automatically install, update, and load 'CRAN', 'GitHub', and 'Bioconductor' packages in a single function call. By accepting bare unquoted names for packages, it's easy to add or remove packages from the list.

Changes in 1.8.1

FIX - There was an issue where brand new GitHub packages wouldn't be installed unless update_all = TRUE. Closes #27.
FIX - Changed link to CONDUCT.md in README to an absolute link for CRAN resubmission.
FIX - Removed LazyData from DESCRIPTION for CRAN resubmission.
FIX - Cached data is no longer used when checking if a package is installed.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
