Basic functions, implemented in C, for large data manipulation. Fast vectorised ifelse()/nested if()/switch() functions, psum()/pprod() functions equivalent to pmin()/pmax() plus others which are missing from base R. Most of these functions are callable at C level.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from fastverse/kit. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
