Estimate agreement of a group of raters with a gold standard rating on a nominal scale. For a single gold standard rater the average pairwise agreement of raters with this gold standard is provided. For a group of (gold standard) raters the approach of S. Vanbelle, A. Albert (2009) doi:10.1007/s11336-009-9116-1 is implemented. Bias and standard error are estimated via delete-1 jackknife.

modify API:
rename entries to se (instead of SE)
kappam_gold has parameter refIdx= to specify the column of gold standard
kappam_vanbelle works with single matrix of ratings (ratings=) and refIdx= allows to specify one of the groups of raters

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
