Fit joint mean-covariance models for longitudinal data. The models and their components are represented using S4 classes and methods. The core computational algorithms are implemented using the 'Armadillo' C++ library for numerical linear algebra and 'RcppArmadillo' glue.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
