Generates a 'Graphviz' graph of the most significant 3-way interaction gains (i.e. conditional information gains) based on a provided discrete data frame. Various output formats are supported ('Graphviz', SVG, PNG, PDF, PS). For references, see the webpage of Aleks Jakulin http://stat.columbia.edu/~jakulin/Int/.

The following functionalities are implemented:
**interactionGraphs()** generates an interaction graph object
**plotIntGraph()** plots an interaction graph object (in RStudio)
**igToGrViz()** exports an interaction graph object to a Graphviz file
**igToSVG()** exports an interaction graph object to a SVG image
**igToPNG()** exports an interaction graph object to a PNG image
**igToPDF()** exports an interaction graph object to a PDF file
**igToPS()** exports an interaction graph object to a PS (PostScript) file

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
