Specific functions are provided for rounding real weights to integers and performing an integer programming algorithm for calibration problems. These functions are useful for census-weights adjustments, survey calibration, or for performing linear regression with integer parameters https://www.nass.usda.gov/Education_and_Outreach/Reports,_Presentations_and_Conferences/reports/New_Integer_Calibration_%20Procedure_2016.pdf. This research was supported in part by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, National Agriculture Statistics Service. Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-inca

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
