Implementation of some of the formulations for the thermodynamic and transport properties released by the International Association for the Properties of Water and Steam (IAPWS). More specifically, the releases R1-76(2014), R5-85(1994), R6-95(2018), R7-97(2012), R8-97, R9-97, R10-06(2009), R11-24, R12-08, R15-11, R16-17(2018), R17-20 and R18-21 at https://iapws.org.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-iapws

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
