A collection of utilities that support creation of network attributes for hydrologic networks. Methods and algorithms implemented are documented in Moore et al. (2019) doi:10.3133/ofr20191096, Cormen and Leiserson (2022) <ISBN:9780262046305> and Verdin and Verdin (1999) doi:10.1016/S0022-1694(99)00011-6.

Changes in 1.2.2

Performance fix on accumulate_downstream(). No user-facing behavior change; output is identical.

nhdplusTools has been renamed hydrogeofetch. Examples, tests, and articles that pull sample data now suggest and source from hydrogeofetch, and package URLs point at the new repository.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
