Core set of low-level utilities common across the 'hubverse'. Used to interact with 'hubverse' schema, Hub configuration files and model outputs and designed to be primarily used internally by other 'hubverse' packages. See Reich et al. (2022) doi:10.2105/AJPH.2022.306831 for an overview of Collaborative Hubs.

Changes in 1.2.1

Substantially improved the performance of convert_output_type(). Conversions are now computed per group of model/task ID combinations without first materialising an n_samples * n_output_type_ids intermediate table, reducing both runtime and memory allocation by roughly an order of magnitude for large sample tables (#282, thanks @damonbayer for reporting!).

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
