Functions to view files in raw binary form like in a hex editor. Additional functions to specify and read arbitrary binary formats.

Allow switch() function for markedBlock() to return NULL (in which case the markedBlock only returns the marker).
Include Date column in result if new time.stamp argument to readEViews() is TRUE. Code contributed by Chao Bian.
Fix for nbytes value returned by readFormat().
Added support for integer3 memory blocks.
Added arguments to lengthBlock() and markedBlock() so that the user can specify labels for the results of reading in these memory blocks.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
