Hospital data analysis workflow tools, modeling, and automations. This library provides many useful tools to review common administrative hospital data. Some of these include average length of stay, readmission rates, average net pay amounts by service lines just to name a few. The aim is to provide a simple and consistent verb framework that takes the guesswork out of everything.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from spsanderson/healthyR. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
