Added mad() function for evaluation by computing mean absolute differences between imputations and the original data
Added unit testing for basic mad() functionality
Added column-wise and row-wise NA checks for pre- and post- imputation checking:
check_feature_na(): find features with (specified amount of) missingness
check_row_na(): find number of and which rows contain any missingness
Added two new vignettes to work examples using the new functions:
NA checking
MAD score computation
Cleaned up DESCRIPTION, fixed typos, and some small edits

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from pdwaggoner/hdImpute. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
