The package allows to simulate Hawkes process both in univariate and multivariate settings. It gives functions to compute different moments of the number of jumps of the process on a given interval, such as mean, variance or autocorrelation of process jumps on time intervals separated by a lag.

Install

install.packages("hawkes", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-hawkes

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
