Multiple comparison procedures (MCPs) control the familywise error rate in clinical trials. Graphical MCPs include many commonly used procedures as special cases; see Bretz et al. (2011) doi:10.1002/bimj.201000239, Lu (2016) doi:10.1002/sim.6985, and Xi et al. (2017) doi:10.1002/bimj.201600233. This package is a low-dependency implementation of graphical MCPs which allow mixed types of tests. It also includes power simulations and visualization of graphical MCPs.

Added group sequential testing for graphical MCPs via graph_test_shortcut_gsd(), which extends graph_test_shortcut() to multiple analyses with per-hypothesis spending functions, information fractions, and a look_back option to use repeated or sequential p-values
Added spending functions spending_of(), spending_pocock(), spending_hsd(), spending_linear(), spending_wt() (Wang-Tsiatis), and spending_with_time() for a custom spending time
Added gs_boundaries(), gs_corr(), repeated_p(), and sequential_p()
Added vignettes on group sequential testing and on its validation against gsDesign and rpact
Renamed the Adj. P-value column to Adj.p in print.graph_report()
Added a warning in graph_create() for very small transition weights (Issue #97)
Plotting examples, vignettes, and tests are skipped when igraph or gMCP is not installed

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
