Provides a mechanism to plot a 'Google Map' from 'R' and overlay it with shapes and markers. Also provides access to 'Google Maps' APIs, including places, directions, roads, distances, geocoding, elevation and timezone.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from SymbolixAU/googleway. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
