About
Maintained by Bin FuFirst published 2025-11-049 releasesCRAN page ↗GitHub ↗

Provides functions to parse glycan structure text representations into 'glyrepr' glycan structures. Currently, it supports StrucGP-style, pGlyco-style, IUPAC-condensed, IUPAC-extended, IUPAC-short, IUPAC-compact, WURCS, LINUCS, Linear Code, GlycoCT, and KCF format. It also provides an automatic parser to detect the format and parse the structure string.

Run in R for the authors' preferred citation:

citation("glyparse")

This is what citation() produces when a package has no citation file of its own. If it prints something else, use that.
