Extension of 'ggplot2', 'ggstatsplot' creates graphics with details from statistical tests included in the plots themselves. It provides an easier syntax to generate information-rich plots for statistical analysis of continuous (violin plots, scatterplots, histograms, dot plots, dot-and-whisker plots) or categorical (pie and bar charts) data. Currently, it supports the most common types of statistical approaches and tests: parametric, nonparametric, robust, and Bayesian versions of t-test/ANOVA, correlation analyses, contingency table analysis, meta-analysis, and regression analyses. Changes in 1.1.3

BUG FIXES

ggwithinstats() now drops subjects with missing values in any condition from the plot as well when subject.id is supplied, so the plotted data, centrality labels, and sample size labels match the statistical results (previously, partially observed subjects were still plotted).
ggwithinstats() now gives an informative error when a subject.id value appears more than once within a level of x, instead of silently dropping the subtitle or failing deep inside the statistical tests.
ggwithinstats() with type = "robust" now reports the correct Algina-Keselman-Penfield effect size and confidence interval in the subtitle (e.g., 0.32 instead of 0.66 for bugs_long). This fix comes from {statsExpressions}, which previously treated its internal row identifier as an extra condition.

ggcoefstats() no longer errors with only.significant = TRUE when no term is significant; the plot is drawn without stats labels instead.
