Make it easier to explore data with highlights.

Changes in 0.5.0

Support ggplot2 v4.0.
Fix an incompatibility about axis title with the upcoming release of ggplot2 (#200).
Support ink and paper (#209).
Fix a bug about handling Geoms that have some non-primitive value as a default for an aesthetic (#195).
Treat from_theme(foo %||% NA) as NA (#216).
gghighlight_point() and gghighlight_line() are removed.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
