Graphic elements for exploring Random Forests using the 'randomForest' or 'randomForestSRC' package for survival, regression and classification forests and 'ggplot2' package plotting. Implements visualizations of the methods described in Breiman (2001) doi:10.1023/A:1010933404324 and Ishwaran, Kogalur, Blackstone, and Lauer (2008) doi:10.1214/08-AOAS169.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from ehrlinger/ggRandomForests. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
