Toolset to create perpendicular profile graphs and swath profiles. Method are based on coordinate rotation algorithm by Schaeben et al. (2024) doi:10.1002/mma.9823.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from tobiste/geoprofiler. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-geoprofiler

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
