Includes functions for processing GeoJson objects https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GeoJSON relying on 'RFC 7946' https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc7946. The geojson encoding is based on 'json11', a tiny JSON library for 'C++11' https://github.com/dropbox/json11. Furthermore, the source code is exported in R through the 'Rcpp' and 'RcppArmadillo' packages.

I removed the #define NDEBUG from the TO_geojson.cpp and FROM_geojson.cpp files
I added the #include <cstdint> to the json11.cpp file
I removed the CXX_STD = CXX11 flag from the Makevars files

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
