Detecting spatial associations via spatial stratified heterogeneity, accounting for spatial dependencies, interpretability, complex interactions, and robust stratification. In addition, it supports the spatial stratified heterogeneity family described in Lv et al. (2025)doi:10.1111/tgis.70032.

Changes in 1.6

Fix stratification collision in interaction detection (#101).
Loading gdverse no longer initializes the RNG state (#99).
Update package startup message and citation guidance (#97).
Report significance of interaction detection results in geographical detector (#95).
Improve robustness of non-centrality parameter estimation for q-statistic confidence intervals (#93).

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
