Provides high-level access to neuroimaging data from standard software packages like 'FreeSurfer' https://freesurfer.net/ on the level of subjects and groups. Load morphometry data, surfaces and brain parcellations based on atlases. Mask data using labels, load data for specific atlas regions only, and visualize data and statistical results directly in 'R'.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from dfsp-spirit/fsbrain. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
