Miscellaneous utilities, tools and helper functions for finding and searching files on disk, searching for and removing R objects from the workspace. Does not import or depend on any third party package, but on core R only (i.e. it may depend on packages with priority 'base').

Renamed the package to fritools2.
Add rename_package().
We do not check on the number of columns anymore since utils::read.table() seems do get the columns right anyways. However it manages.
_find_files(): changed default to argument pattern from ".*\\.[RrSs]$|.*\\.[RrSs]nw$" to NULL_.
Hardened find_files() against failing patterns on windows.
is_running_on_fvafrcu_machines() now has value bwi for argument type. This is TRUE for the nfi notebook only.
Add function grep_file().

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
